Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Canada and USA only.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location but can typically range from 2-5 business days. NOTE Turnaround time is NOT the same as shipping time. Turnaround time is the time it takes to produce the product not including the shipping time.
Will I be charged for taxes?
Yes. We charge 13% tax on all orders.
Are there any setup fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
PRINTING: Printing Experts will not offer any refund under any circumstance unless a printing issue arises as the result of Printing Experts fault including but not limited to cutting errors, folding errors, or other possible print errors. Printing errors are very rare but in the event of an issue we will gladly offer a free reprint of the same design file. Since printing is a custom order made directly to you we will not make any exceptions to this policy unless an issue has occurred due to an issue caused by Printing Experts.
WEB DESIGN: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Web Design we will gladly refund the prepayment within 7 days of invoice date. After 7 days you have the option of our unlimited ongoing design revisions free of charge. All web design services expire after 1 year of invoice date. Any payment made is a once per year charge which will be automatically billed on the same date the next year unless you request us to charge payment in a one time fashion.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Interac e-Transfers are also accepted.
