Hotel Policies & Procedures

The following is a list of information in regards to hotel policies during your stay with us. Please note the policies are put in place for both the safety and comfort of both our guests and staff, or are enforced by law.
 
By utilizing our hotel, you are agreeing to the following policies and procedures:
  • Alcohol brought into the hotel must be consumed in your bedroom
  • All drinks ordered in our dining room/lounge or licensed banquets must remain in those areas
  • Take-out food must be consumed in your bedroom
  • Cooking appliances such as hot plates, grills, toasters, mini barbeques, gas burners, etc. arenot permitted in any of our rooms as they can be dangerous and cause a fire
  • We ask that people do not crowd or gather in hallways.
  • Running or playing games such as ball hockey in the hallways is prohibited.
  • Guests are not permitted to smoke in hallways, thedining room, banquet rooms, or in their non-smoking rooms. Any guest who smokes in any of our non-smoking rooms will have an automatic $200.00 + tax cleaning fee applied to their bill at checkout.
  • Please do not bring in any firearms or blades of any kind into the hotel.
  • All equipment and fixtures in the hotel is not to be used for any purpose other than what they are intended to be used for.
  • Guests who book directly with the hotel or through our web site may change their length ofstay by informing the front desk staff as soon as possible, and is subject to availability.
  • Guests who booked through a travel agent or online booking site will have to contact the booking party to cancel or reduce the length of a stay.
  • Quiet times in the hotel are from 11:00pm until 7:00am.
  • Upon check-in, front desk staff will require payment by a credit card, cash or debit plus a damage deposit
  • Each room has a maximum number of people that it can accommodate depending on the room type.
  • This is a pet friendly hotel, however not all rooms will allow pets. Anyone bringing pets should book in advance as there is only a limited number of pet friendly rooms. If you need to leave your pet in your room, they must be left in a kennel for safety reasons. Any guest with a guide dog will still be required to stay in a pet friendly room. If you bring your pet, there will be a $15.00 extra cleaning fee per pet.
