Here at Printing Experts we offer a vast array of print products. Not only does this task require state-of-the-art equipment in order to undertake the task of printing, foiling, cutting, embossing, folding, hole-punching, and the many other requirements that particular print products require.. but it requires trained professionals to fullfill the orders in a timely manner for our clients.

In this blog post we won't get into every single piece of equipment... but we will be getting into one in particular:

No that is not a tank (although it is very massive!) that is our SpeedMaster Press. This is the most important piece of equipment we use. This printing press is not only the next step after getting the artwork and printing plates ready for your order.. it is the machine that prints them.

Going from one end to the opposite end you will notice we have a stack of paper which will greatly vary depending on the product and paper stock type selected by you on the Printing Experts online store.

Once we have the orders ready we make several printing plates each of which goes through a CMYK colour process. Every single colour you could imagine can pretty much be made up of 4 colours C-Cyan, M-Magenta, Y-Yellow, and K-Key Black. With the CMYK colour process the paper stock goes under the Cyan roller, then Magenta, then Yellow, and finally Black with each drum on the printing press putting the proper colours in place to make up all of the printed item's colours. Finally there is several drums which are used to put UV, AQ, and other coatings when applicable on your print product.

All-in-all this is a massive and very expensive piece of equipment but it is necessary and more cost effective than printing 10,000 flyers (for example) yourself. Not only does this equipment guarantee a premium finished product; it also serves excellent purpose for just about every product we print here at Printing Experts.
